- 2 Tbsp Corto® Agrumato Calabrian Chili Olive Oil, plus more to drizzle
- 2 large eggs

Frying eggs in Corto® Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil elevates both the flavor and texture of the eggs to a whole new level. Enjoy the eggs as is or serve on top of charred Ciabatta with avocado or rice with herb salad for the perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Place 8-inch pan on medium high heat, and add Corto® Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil. Crack in the eggs and cook for about 1 minute or until the edges start to crisp but the yoke still looks runny. Place a lid on the pan, turn off the heat and wait about 25 seconds, then remove the lid and serve.
Enjoy the eggs as is or finish with sea salt and a drizzle of Corto® Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil. If desired, garnish with toasted sesame seeds or toasted nori.
